Boca Raton welcomes south county’s largest food/wine event of the year Thursday night. The three-day Boca Bacchanal kicks off with a new event, the “Bubbles & Burgers” party.
That burgers and Champagne bash, which costs $75 per person, happens at the Beach Club at the Boca Raton Resort, this year’s Bacchanal headquarters.
Friday night belongs to the Bacchanal’s Vintner Dinners, which are more intimate gatherings hosted at private homes and local historic venues. The dinners, which cost $350 per person, feature visiting chefs and wine experts from food destinations like New York, Napa and Charleston.
The Bacchanal’s big finale takes place Saturday night, when the Grand Tasting invades the Boca Resort’s Great Hall ($125 per person). Expect bites from more than 25 restaurants and more than 130 wines for the sampling
The festival benefits Boca’s Historical Society and Museum.
