There are only two 2020 Boca Bacchanal events left to go and they are this week!
Six Vintner Dinners will be held on Friday evening, March 6, 2020–from 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.–at five elegant homes and at one new restaurant, Rex Baron—in Boca Raton. These memorable Vintner Dinners will offer guests the opportunity to feast on sumptuous five-course meals, created by award-winning chefs, working in tandem with acclaimed vintners. The dinners will provide guests with the ultimate dinner party experience.
Also, for the first time in the event’s history, a Vintner Dinner will be sponsored by a national restaurant group. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based Rex Gryphon Restaurant Group will hold their Vintner Dinner at their unique REX (Restaurant, Entertainment, Xperience) destination: Rex Baron Survivors Kitchen/VRex Lounge located at Town Center at Boca Raton.
The casual, upscale interactive, multi-sensory experiential meeting place, dining haven, watering hole, and hi-tech VR escape lounge is “where the art of food meets the art of survival.”
Tickets, for the Vintner Dinners, are $350, per person
The Grand Tasting will be held on Saturday evening, March 7, 2020–from 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., in the Great Hall–at the Boca Raton Resort & Club. Guests will be able to enjoy a delectable dinner-by-the-bite from over 25 noteworthy local restaurants; tasting selections from over 130 Champagnes and wines from all over the world; and a host of enticing interactive experiences.
There will be a silent auction, via the BidPal app; a pop-up jewelry shop by Yvel; a pop-up shop by Crown Wine & Spirits; luxury items from select vendors, including Park Luxury Sporting Accessories; and a pop-up art gallery by Thomas Arvid, the nation’s pre-eminent painter of wine, who will be painting a piece of artwork during the Grand Tasting. Arvid also generously donated a piece of artwork –“A Perfect Crush”–to the silent auction, which is valued at $16,500.
Another exciting auction lot is a Regent Seven Seas fourteen-day cruise, departing from Miami, Florida on April 3, 2020, with stops in Portugal and Spain. This luxury cruise is valued at $16,000. Additionally, guests will be able to enjoy complimentary makeup applications, from Bloomingdale’s professional makeup artists, at the Bloomingdale’s Red Carpet Cosmetic Touch-Up Station throughout the evening. There will also be a range of products for sale.
The restaurant list, for the Grand Tasting, includes Benihana, the Boca Raton Resort & Club, Bolay, Bonefish Grill, Burton’s Grill & Bar, City Fish Market, Chops Lobster Bar, J&D Cakes, Just Salad, Loch Bar, M.E.A.T. Eatery & Taproom, Morton’s The Steakhouse, Pacari Chocolate, Potions in Motion, Pukara, Ramen Lab Eatery, Raw Juice, Rebel House, Rex Baron, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Sommer’s Cupcakes, The Capital Grille, The Melting Pot, THE POKÉ COMPANY, and The Wine Room Kitchen & Bar.

Since its inception, in 2003, the Boca Bacchanal has supported the Boca Raton Historical Society & Museum. All proceeds, from this wonderful food and wine festival, will fund innovative and diverse heritage education programs–for children and adults–from the Boca Raton Historical Society & Museum.
