Tom Johnson
Ambassador, Silver Oak & Twomey Cellars
Tom has been working with Silver Oak Cellars for the past 14 years.
With 40 years in the wine industry, starting with working for a distributor and including time with Franciscan, Rutherford Hill, Inglenook, and Vias Imports. Tom worked for Justin Meyer and Ray Duncan, the founders of Silver Oak, when they were owners of Franciscan in 1976 – 1980. When approached by Justin Meyer to join Silver Oak, Tom agreed because he knew that joining Silver Oak meant becoming part of a very special wine family.
Tom has been married 43 years and has one daughter and two granddaughters, and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
