Boca Bacchanal is pleased to present a Vintner Dinner specifically for the Young Friends of the Boca Raton Historical Society. This intimate event held at the historic Train Depot features a three-course dinner prepared by Shaun Foley, Executive Sous Chef at Darrel & Oliver’s Café Maxx and wines from Ravenswood Winery. A special addition will be an interactive wine blending seminar with Joel Peterson of Ravenswood Winery and each guest will take home a bottle of their own unique blend!

Shaun Foley

Shaun Foley is the young Executive Sous Chef at Darrel & Oliver’s Café Maxx, one of the top restaurants in Florida and the Southeast.  A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, she credits much of her development as a chef to her mentor, the renowned Chef Oliver Saucy. With Saucy presiding over the kitchen, and Shaun as his top assistant, Café Maxx has been featured in publications such as Gourmet, Bon Appetite, Wine Spectator, Nation's Restaurant News, Chocolatier and have received top honors from Zagat, the Mobile Travel Guide, DiRoNA, AAA, Florida Trend, the Miami Herald, the Sun-Sentinel and many others.  It is the highest rated Florida restaurant in the current Zagat Guide.
