Celebrated chefs will pair with vintners to create memorable dining experiences in historic settings and private residences. The dinners will take place at 10 sites, each an outstanding venue which displays Boca Raton's distinctive character.

The Grand Tasting: Saturday, March 19, 2005
"Luncheon Revelry on the Green" - Stroll, taste and enjoy delicious food "by the bite"created by 20 of the area's top chefs and vintners from around the world. An exceptional presentation of featured wines will be offered along with the food. Guests will sip, dine and listen to live music. The setting for this event is the new Centre for the Arts at Mizner Park.
Time: 11:30 AM - 3:00PM

Auction and Dinner: Saturday, March 19, 2005
Set at The Boca Raton Resort & Club, the Boca Bacchanal Auction & Dinner will be a delicious fantasy of sensational food and great wine followed by an exciting auction orchestrated by respected auctioneer David Reynolds. A centerpiece of the evening will be the announcement of the Boca Bacchanal Award of Excellence, which is presented to individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the enjoyment of food and wine.
